Placing orders
- Sales on www.run2forest.co.uk, hereinafter referred to as the Store, are conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- By placing an order in the Store, the customer accepts the terms and conditions of sale under these Regulations and agrees to abide by the rules contained therein.
- Prices quoted are in British pounds and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs.
- The offer presented on the store’s website is a commercial offer. The moment the contract is concluded is the moment the Customer accepts the Store’s offer, which is done by placing an order.
- Placement of an order by the Customer will be confirmed by the Store by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
Order processing, Payment
- The basic condition for processing the order is that the customer fills in all the necessary fields in the address form. The store reserves the right to refuse to process questionable orders that do not contain the data necessary to confirm the order, such as a phone number or e-mail address, or if the data contains errors that make processing impossible.
- The lead time is from 3 to 28 days from the date of order confirmation. For special orders, the time may be longer. The lead time is listed on the product card.
- Payment can be made in two ways: Online payment supported by Paypal or payment by card.
Returns
- The contents of the shipment should be checked in the presence of the courier to ensure that the packaging is complete and intact.
- If the delivered shipment bears signs of damage, i.e. crumpling, wetting of the package, tearing of the protective tapes, breaking the continuity of the package, please write a damage report and do not accept the shipment. As a reason for non-collection of the shipment, please specify the type of visible damage. Please inform the vendor about the above situation.

- The consumer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days.
- Returned goods must not bear signs of wear and tear or damage and should be sent back in the condition in which they arrived to the Buyer.
- The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer.
- Please contact the Store before returning goods. This will enable you to determine the correct procedure for reimbursement.
The following are not refundable:
Individual orders – products created according to the customer’s design or products from the catalog modified at the request of the customer, for example: with changed dimensions specified by the customer, painted products that are worn, damaged or bear traces of assembly.
Complaint
- If the customer notices that the product received has technical, quality or other defects arising during delivery, he has the right to file a complaint.
- The store is obliged to consider the Consumer’s complaint within 30 days and undertakes to inform the Customer of the action taken.
- If the vendor accepts the complaint, the buyer will be informed of the method and procedure proposed by the vendor for its implementation, in which case the vendor will also bear the cost of transportation of the advertised goods. If a complaint is denied, the Buyer will be provided with the reasons for the denial.
